Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

At Loops n Yarns, every product is handmade with care. We want you to love what you receive! Since each item is unique, our policy is a little different from mass-produced products. Please read the terms below:


❌ Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.

  • Once an order is marked as “Processing” or “Dispatched”, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • To cancel, write to us immediately at loopsnyarns123@gmail.com with your order number.


📦 Returns & Exchanges

Because our creations are handmade, we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or dislike of design/color. However, we happily accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received a wrong item, size, or color compared to your order.

Conditions for return eligibility:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery at loopsnyarns123@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.


💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval/rejection within 7 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet).

  • Refund timelines depend on the bank/payment provider (typically 3–7 working days).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), we’ll bear the return shipping cost.

  • For other approved cases, the customer may need to arrange shipping. Instructions will be shared by our support team.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Items bought during clearance sales (unless defective).

  • Products returned in used or damaged condition (other than the reported defect).
