At Loops n Yarns, every product is handmade with care. We want you to love what you receive! Since each item is unique, our policy is a little different from mass-produced products. Please read the terms below:
Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.

Once an order is marked as “Processing” or “Dispatched”, cancellations are no longer possible.

To cancel, write to us immediately at loopsnyarns123@gmail.com with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our creations are handmade, we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or dislike of design/color. However, we happily accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received a wrong item, size, or color compared to your order.
Conditions for return eligibility:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery at loopsnyarns123@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval/rejection within 7 business days.

Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet).

Refund timelines depend on the bank/payment provider (typically 3–7 working days).
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), we’ll bear the return shipping cost.

For other approved cases, the customer may need to arrange shipping. Instructions will be shared by our support team.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders.

Items bought during clearance sales (unless defective).

Products returned in used or damaged condition (other than the reported defect).
