🕒 Processing Time

  • In-stock products: Dispatched within 2–4 working days of order confirmation.

  • Made-to-order or custom products: Dispatched within 6–8 working days (check individual product pages for details).

📦 Delivery Timelines

  • We ship across India using trusted courier services. Please allow 8–14 working days for delivery (for all locations).

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festivals, sales, or unavoidable courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery pincode and order value.

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999/-.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If enabled, a small handling fee may apply. COD may not be available for all pincodes.

📍 Shipping Coverage

  • Currently, we ship within India only.

  • For international requests, please write to us before placing an order.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

  • You can track your order on the courier’s website.

🚫 Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please email us at loopsnyarn123@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery attempt.

  • We’ll work with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
